1 teaspoon tamarind paste, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water

Instructions:
Clean and wash the bat meat thoroughly. If using chicken or pork, cut it into small pieces.
Heat the cooking oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the shallots, garlic, and red chilies. Sauté until fragrant and the shallots become translucent.
Add the bat meat (or chicken/pork) to the pan. Stir-fry until the meat is browned and cooked through.
