Dancers are seen performing despite the rains at the opening of the 125th Philippine Independence Day celebration, launched by the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP), at the Rizal Park in Manila on Saturday, June 10.
