About 400 kilometres of Darwin, the remote community of Barunga is about to transform as thousands arrive for the three-day Barunga Sport and Culture Festival. Representatives of the NT's Aboriginal land councils are expected to deliver a declaration urging support for an Indigenous Voice to Parliament.
