Restoring Honor: Jewish Soldiers Remembered in Normandy

Over 29,000 U.S. soldiers were killed storming the beaches of Normandy, France.​ It was considered a turning point in the war against Hitler.​ Thousands of Jewish-American soldiers were killed in World War II.​ Many though were buried under religious crosses. Scripps News national correspondent Chris Conte shows us the efforts underway, to fix that.​
