Ingredients : Chicken (16 pcs) 1 kg Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tbsp Green chilies grinded 4 Salt 1 ½ tsp Yogurt 2 tbsp Allspice 1 tsp Safran a pinch hot milk 2 tbsp Yellow color a pinch Cheese 1 cube Cashew nuts grounded 1 tbsp Brown onion grounded 2 tbsp
METHOD : Blend all the ingredients together to a fine paste, apply on chicken, leave it for 2 hours, cook in a wok or bake in the oven till done, give dum of coal, serve hot with green chatni and butter garlic nan.
