In 2021, more than 48,000 Americans died by suicide, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. That is an increase in suicide rates following a drop. Now, a couple of teens are running a nonprofit, and a mother is on a mission to increase resources, raise awareness and help save lives.
