A new invention that will allow everyone to have their own brewery at home -- that is Stefan Fritsche's promise, owner of the German Neuzelle brewery. Made from just two ingredients: powder and water, the beer-like brew is made to be cheaper and more sustainable than traditional beer. With its golden hue, bittersweet notes and frothy head, this latest brew is so far non-alcoholic and has no bubbles.
