Discussion: Music Cities When Music Drives Economic Development - Midem 2019

Music is everywhere in our cities. It not only brings citizens together and makes places come alive, but it is also deeply embedded in the urban, social and economic fabric. While artists and music companies can shape our cities, institutions can in turn actively influence the music scene and foster creativity.
