Merlin Entertainments unveils £2.3 million The Gruffalo & Friends Clubhouse attraction for families to enjoy on Blackpool's famous promenade.

The brand new Gruffalo & Friends Clubhouse features six of Julia Donaldson's and Axel Scheffler's much loved children's stories and was opened by actress Helen Flanagan.

A world first, the new Blackpool attraction boasts six different zones dedicated to six books including The Gruffalo, Room on the Broom, The Gruffalo's Child, Zog and the Snail and the Whale.
