Congress leaders Siddaramaiah and DK Shivakumar returned victorious to Bengaluru on May 18 to jubilant crowds after days of negotiations in New Delhi. They headed straight to a CLP meeting that lasted 25 minutes and later met the Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot to stake claim to form the government.
