*Collection of passport, ticket:*
24 to 48 hours before the flight, passport, visa, ticket, Haj card and other documents should be collected from the respective Haji camp.
*Note:* It is not mandatory for all members of the group to go to Haji Camp to receive passport, visa etc. Only the group leader can collect the passports etc. of his group by carrying the computerized receipt.
*Medicine packaging* :*
Pilgrims who use permanent medicines or want to keep some necessary medicines with them during Hajj, they should write a prescription for these medicines from their doctor, buy the medicines for a fixed period and get them checked by the doctors in the Haji camp and pack them after affixing a stamp. Get it done. Keep packaged medications in luggage.
*Note:* Medication packing can be done at any time at the time of vaccination or at the time of passport collection.
*Departure Flight:*
Reach the airport 5 to 6 hours before your flight or as per airline instructions.
Pack your belongings well.
Keep a copy of your passport and flight schedule in your luggage.

Air Bule: 40kg+ 7kg
Serene Boeng: 50kg (25+25) +7kg
** Can I reschedule my flight?
*Answer* No, it is almost impossible to change the flight schedule as all arrangements have been made accordingly.
** How long before the flight should we arrive at the airport?
*Answer* One should reach the airport five to six hours before the flight time so as not to face any problem.
* What documents are required at the airport before travel?
