2008 Mumbai Terror Attack: US Court Allows Extradition Of Tahawwur Rana, The 26/11 Accused

Tahawwur Rana, the Pakistani-origin Canadian businessman, can be extradited to India, a US court in California has ruled. Rana is sought for his involvement in the 2008 Mumbai terror attack. The US court order is dated May 16. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is probing into Rana’s role in the 26/11 attacks in 20008 carried out by Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba (LET) terrorists. Tahawwur Rana was arrested in the US on an extradition request by India for his role in these attacks. NIA has said that it is ready to initiate proceedings to bring him to India through diplomatic channels, reported PTI. Watch the video to know more.
