A single mother at the young age of 16, Rai had no choice but to start working after having dropped out of school in Grade 8. It fell on the teenager to support her parents, siblings and daughter. Nearly 11 years later, Arati changed her life, and that of her family, with hard work and support from her employer in Dubai.
