As the national covid emergency comes to an end, some rules that came along with the emergency declaration are also expiring. One of those rules is called Title 42, put in place during the pandemic to keep people seeking asylum out of the United States as a measure to slow the spread of covid 19. 23ABC's Brianna Willis spoke with Kern County immigration attorneys about why they think Title 42 should have been ended before now.
