CJI DY Chandrachud Got Angry On Bharatpur BAR : सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) के चीफ जस्टिस (Chief Justice of India) डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (DY Chandrachud) वैसे तो अपने शांत और हंसमुख अंदाज़ के लिए जाने जाते हैं। लेकिन सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) तीन जजों की पीठ जिसमें चीफ जस्टिस चंद्रचूड़ (CJI Chandrachud) के अलावा जस्टिस पीएस नरसिम्हा (Justice PS Narasimha) और जस्टिस जेबी पारदीवाला (Justice JB Pardiwala) शामिल थे, उनके सामने एक ऐसा मामला सामने आया, जिसे देखकर चीफ जस्टिस डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (Chief Justice DY Chandrachud) पारा चढ़ गया और वे गुस्से से चीख पड़े कि सारे जेल (Jail) जाएंगे। दरअसल ये मामला राजस्थान (Rajasthan) के भरतपुर (Bharatpur) जिले की बार एसोसिएशन (Bharatpur Bar Association) से जुड़ा हुआ था। जिसने वकीलों (Lawyers) को लीगल एड सर्विस (Legal Aid Service) में काम करने से रोका गया था। ऐसे में ये मामले जब चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (Chief Justice Of India DY Chandrachud) के संज्ञान में आया तो वे गुस्से से भड़क उठे। उन्होंने कड़े लहज़े में कहा, कि अगर इससे जुड़े प्रस्ताव को तत्काल वापिस नहीं लिया जाता, तो वे सभी पदाधिकारियों को जेल भिजवा देंगे। इतना ही नहीं, अपने तरह के इस मामले पर चीफ जस्टिस चंद्रचूड़ (Chief Justice Chandrachud) इतने नाराज़ दिखे, कि उन्होंने इसके बाद भरतपुर बार (Bharatpur Bar) के सभी पदाधिकारियों को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में व्यक्तिगत तौर से पेश होने का आदेश जारी कर दिया। उन्होंने इसे सरासर आपराधिक अवमानना का केस बताया। (Writ) (CJI) (CJI DY Chandrachud) (CJI Chandrachud) (Supreme Court) (Supreme Court Hearing) (CJI Chandrachud Statement) (CJI Chandrachud Warning) (CJI Chandrachud Ultimatum) (CJI Chandrachud On Bharatpurs Bar) (CJI Chandrachud Angry) (CJI Chandrachud Angry On Bharatpurs Bar) (Bharatpur Bar) (Lawyers Stopped) (Legal Aid) (Lawyers Stopped Legal Aid) (Justice Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Chandrachud) (Chief Justice DY Chandrachud) (CJI Chandrachud Statement) (Chief Justice Of India DY Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Chandrachud) (50th Chief Justice Of India)
