Ryan Melchizedek's sled ride on December 18, 2021, had a 'twisted' start and this video has the deets!
As Ryan was about to put his sled down on the snowy ground and lie down on it, he tripped and did a gnarly scorpion!
"It was a near-death experience!" Ryan told WooGlobe. "I was saved by the Kundalini stretches. Just before the ride, my higher self immediately guided me to put the sled down, go back inside, and stretch my spine and neck for 10 minutes before going back out for my first run.
"And as soon as I went for my first sled run, this happened... lol. I knew I had to share this with you."
