There were more than 130 local nonprofits registered with Give Big Kern in 2023, hoping to use the annual fundraiser to help their organizations gain visibility and enhance their efforts to engage with the community. 23ABC's Breanna Polk spoke with organizers and participants about how important this kind of community support is for local nonprofits.
