CJI DY Chandrachud On Supreme Court Live Streaming : (CJI DY Chandrachud Praise Center) चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया (Chief Justice of India) डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (DY Chandrachud) ने केंद्र की मोदी सरकार (PM Modi Government) की सराहना की है। इसके पीछे कारण भी विशेष है। उनकी इस सराहना का संबंध न्यायालयों के आधुनिकीकरण से है। जिसे केंद्र सरकार के सहयोग से सफल करने की कोशिशें की जा रही हैं। दरअसल चीफ जस्टिस चंद्रचूड़ (CJI Chandrachud) ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) में इस पर टिप्पणी करते हुए, कोर्ट प्रोसीडिंग्स (Court Proceedings) या अदालती कार्यवाही के सीधे प्रसारण (Supreme Court Live Telecast) को महत्वपूर्ण बताया है। उन्होंने कहा कि इससे नागरिकों तक सीधे पहुंच संभव हो पाएगा। इसके पीछे ज़ाहिर है एक मोटी धनराशि का भी खर्च आने वाला है। ऐसे में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (Chief Justice DY Chandrachud) ने मोदी सरकार (Modi Government) की सराहना करते हुए कहा, कि केंद्र सरकार (Center) इस काम के लिए धन उपलब्ध कराने में बहुत उदार रही है। लिहाज़ा अब जिम्मेदारी न्यायालय (Courts) की है, कि इस धन का सही और कारगर ढंग से इस्तेमाल हो पाए। चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ ने दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट की ई-प्रिजन प्लेटफॉर्म पर 2 IT प्रोजेक्ट्स का डिजिटल उद्घाटन करने के बाद, अपने संबोधन (CJI DY Chandrachud Speech) में कहा, कि सरकार ने अदालतों में होने वाली लाइव स्ट्रीमिंग को सफल बनाने के लिए, तो धनराशि दे रही है उस धन को खर्च करने के लिए उनके पास चालू वित्त वर्ष के लगभग 9 महीने होंगे। ऐसे में ये ज़रूरी है, कि इस धन का कही तरीके से इस्तेमाल हो पाए। अदालती कार्यवाही की लाइव-स्ट्रीमिंग को न्यायिक व्यवस्था का स्थायी हिस्सा बनाने की वकालत करते हुए प्रधान न्यायाधीश चंद्रचूड़ ने कहा कि केंद्र की तरफ से करीब 2,000 करोड़ के पहली इंस्टॉल्मेंट की पहली किश्त जून में जारी की जा सकती है। (CJI) (CJI DY Chandrachud) (CJI Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Of India) (50th Chief Justice Of India) (Chief Justice DY Chandrachud) (Chief Justice DY Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Chandrachud) (Supreme Court News) (Chief Justice Chandrachud)
