He who takes is not an ascetic
A king had an expedition. He vowed that if I succeed in this campaign, I will give this amount of dirhams to the ascetics. When Allah fulfilled his wish, He gave the vowed money to a certain slave and ordered to distribute it to the ascetics. This slave was very wise and clever. He wandered all day and came back in the evening and placed all the money in front of the King of Puri and said that I have searched everywhere for shelter but I have not found Zahid. What does the king say? According to my knowledge, there will be no less than four hundred ascetics in this country. He who takes is not an ascetic
Ghulam asked for refuge with his hands tied! The one who does not take from the ascetic, the one who takes is not the ascetic. The king understood his meaning and laughed and said to the companions that as much as I have devotion to dervishes and God worshippers, this renegade hates them as much but he is telling the truth.
