King and Queen Consort mark UK-Ukraine library twinning

The King and Queen Consort have joined Ukraine’s ambassador to the UK Vadym Prystaiko and his wife Inna in Liverpool to mark the twinning of the city’s Central Library with the Regional Scientific Library in Odesa. Their Majesties were greeted on arrival by brass band EuroBrass, before unveiling a plaque to mark the twinning of the British and Ukrainian libraries. Report by Jonesia.
