Devotees played the drums as the doors of holy Kedarnath Dham opened for the pilgrims on April 25.

Shri Kedarnath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is the eleventh out of twelve Jyotirlingas in India.

Thousands of pilgrims annually visit the Dham to witness the sacred portal opening of the holy shrine.
