Canadian musician and producer Grimes has announced that she will collaborate with AI-generated artists and will share 50 percent of royalties from any successful AI-generated song that uses her voice. Grimes stated that she is not bound by a label with IP rights. She said that she is in favor of open-sourcing art, ultimately "killing copyright."
