Titled “The Heart of Relations”, Andrea Büttner's solo exhibition at the Kunstmuseum in Basel (Switzerland) is a broad-based survey exhibition of the past fifteen years of the German artist's oeuvre. Curated by Maja Wismer, the show is the largest exhibition to date of the artist. Since the early 2000s, Andrea Büttner has created bodies of work dedicated to themes such as labor, poverty, shame. The exhibition spans all three exhibition venues of the Kunstmuseum: Gegenwart, Neubau, and Hauptbau and runs until October 1, 2023.
