Atari has obtained the intellectual property rights to over 100 PC and console games from the 1980s and 1990s, including Bubsy, Hardball, and Demolition Racer. The company plans to expand the distribution of existing titles, create new games based on the IP, and explore merchandising collaborations. Atari also acquired the trademark from Accolade, the developer and publisher of Bubsy and Hardball. Last year, Atari released the Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration, a collection of 103 classic games.
