The inspiration behind this video:
Jake Schreier will direct Thunderbolts, which was confirmed in June 2022. Black Widow scribe Eric Pearson was hired to pen the script when Schreier got attached to the film. However, Beef's Lee Sung Jin was recently tapped to replace Pearson as he's rewriting the script. It's unclear what caused the shift with Pearson's initial treatment.
Several members have already been confirmed to appear in Thunderbolts. Black Widow's Yelena Belova, Taskmaster, and Red Guardian will be part of this line-up. Bucky Barnes is also joining the team after The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. The MCU baddies U.S. Agent and Ghost have also been added to the film. Steven Yeun was cast as a mystery player, with many believing it to be Sentry. Ayo Edebiri has also been tapped as a secret character.
