Girona striker Taty Castellanos is left in TEARS after missing 1-on-1 vs. Barcelona at the Nou Camp... and the former NYCFC man even deletes his social media accounts!

Girona striker Taty Castellanos was beside himself after missing a chance vs. Barcelona on Monday night, as he was seen crying in the locker room after the eventual 0-0 draw.
Castellanos found himself 1-on-1 with Barca goalie Marc-André ter Stegen in the 55th minute but sent his shot wide of the post as the visitors failed to make a breakthrough in the match.

And despite the creditable result at Camp Nou, Castellanos took the miss extremely hard.

As his teammates congratulated one another and clapped in the locker room, the former New York City FC striker could be seen burying his head in his hands in the video posted to the team's official YouTube account.

Castellanos was consoled by goalie Paulo Gazzaniga - on loan from Fulham - but the forward apparently had a rough night afterward as well.

According to Mundo Deportivo, he deleted his social media accounts at two in the morning after receiving an extensive amount of vitriol online.

Castellanos' Twitter account is still gone, though he's since returned to Instagram, as Hudson River Blue noted.
