-Cooking oil 1+1/2 tbs
Eggs whisked 3
Turmaric 1/4 tsp
Cooking oil 2 tbs
Garlic chopped 1 tbs
Carrot julienne 1/2 Cup
Capsicum julienne 1/2 Cup
Cabbage 3/4 Cup
Salt 1/4 tsp or to taste
Rice basmati 1/2 kg (soaked & boiled with salt)
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbs
Soy sauce 1 & 1/2 tbs
Green onion leaves 1/2 Cup
