Punjab: 1052 devotees embark on Sikh pilgrimage, set to leave from Amritsar for Pakistan

A batch of 1052 devotees left Amritsar on April 9 for Gurudwara Panja Sahib in Pakistan for Baisakhi celebrations. They will also visit Gurudwara Nankana Sahib and other Sikh pilgrimages. The Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee has organized the religious tour. The devotees were happy after their visas were approved and were excited to visit the holy sites. “We received visas for 1052 people. They will also visit Nankana Sahib, Kartarpur Sahib, and other Gurdwaras in Pakistan,” said Partap Singh, Secretary, Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee.
