We’ve long heard that if humanity doesn’t slow its carbon emissions by a certain amount by a certain date we’re in trouble. That’s because our polar regions will melt, raising sea levels, acidify our planet’s waters and throw off ocean currents and chemistry… and that’s just the tip of the iceberg, pun intended. But now a new NASA  report indicates, sae level rise is already happening and it’s more dramatic than we thought already.
