Issues i have with Eats;
#1 . Uber Eats; Priority orders. Drivers are never made aware in the app that an Eats trip is a Priority order in which the customer paid extra for expedited delivery and it won't stack. But we do not know if there simply isn't any demand for another trip, or if it is priority. This is important because a lot of us multiapp but want to keep customers happy so knowing if an order is priority, obviously the driver should know about it.

#2 Uber Eats; Customer communication for stacked trips. So.. we can communicated back and forth to/from customers before we swipe that we have picked up the food. After that, we can only communicate with the customer that we are currently delivering to. All the the customers can be sending us texts, but we cannot send anything back until we are in that stage of delivery. It can aggravate customers into thinking that we are ignoring them, when in fact we have no way to contact them at the time. Also we may need to ask them something and cannot.

#3. Uber Eats; While we can see the general idea of customers destinations during the request, we cannot see the exact address of restaurants or destinations like u can with Doordash. Also after accepting, we still cannot, only once we are on our way to the specific customer while Doordash and Grubhub show all specific addresses at all times after accepting.

This is basic stuff that other apps do, please add.
