Young Aussie reluctant to speak to family and friends

Seven out of ten young Australians are reluctant to ask for help from family and friends when they need it most. Co-chair of the 'are you ok?' campaign, Kaliash Sarma, says the organisation is focused on arming young people with tools and techniques to help their friends.
