Harry Kane struck in face in moment of madness as Abdoulaye Doucoure sent off for Everton

Abdoulaye Doucoure was shown a straight red card for striking Harry Kane in the face in Everton's Premier League clash with Tottenham.
Kane clattered into Demarai Gray in the build-up to the scuffle before colliding with Doucoure, who stood his ground, by the Goodison Park dugouts.
The Spurs striker could be seen pulling Doucoure's shirt as the pair tussled off the ball before the Everton midfielder threw an arm at Kane, catching him in the face. The England international made the most of the incident and dropped to the ground theatrically, but there was no denying contact was made.
Immediately both dugouts jumped to their feet with Sean Dyche and Cristian Stellini getting involved. But it seems referee David Coote got a good view of the incident and was quick to draw his red card and send off Doucoure.
Spurs took full advantage of their extra man by winning a penalty just moments later, which Kane, who was booked for his part in the scuffle, buried, sending his international teammate Jordan Pickford the wrong way.
But the north London side quickly took their foot off the gas and it wasn't long before they'd evened things up where players on the pitch were concerned, with Lucas Moura being sent off for a reckless challenge on Michael Keane.
Keane then took it upon himself to even the scores too, rifling home a wondergoal to secure a point for the Toffees.
This Monday's Premier League clash is Tottenham's first since Stellini took the reins following the sacking of Antonio Conte.
Spurs are currently four points behind Manchester United - who were beaten 2-0 by Newcastle this weekend - who occupy the final Champions League spot.
Everton, on the other hand, are in the relegation zone and Dyche will be dishearted to lose Doucoure for three matches at such an important moment in the season.
Ahead of the match, Dyche said: "For all the things that get said about these times – and there are varying reasons why it gets said of course – at the end of the day, the whistle blows and you're playing against a good group of players without a shadow of a doubt.
"They're still going pretty well in the league, for all the noise. They're certainly a side to be reckoned with and you have to make sure that you're on your performance levels.
"I say this all the time because it's important to remember it as a group. Anything that's helpful then we’ll take it, of course, but it always starts with us. Every game starts with us.
"Are we prepared? Are we mentally and physically prepared? Are we organised? Do we know everything we've got to do to try and win a game? That'll be my key focus, that's for sure."
