Scheana Shay ‘pushed’ Raquel Leviss in post-‘WWHL’ dispute, lawyer admits

Scheana Shay’s attorney now admits the “Vanderpump Rules” star put her hands on Raquel Leviss after their fiery dispute on March 1.

However, the lawyer, Neama Rahmani, tells Page Six that it was not a “punch” — as Leviss had previously claimed — and that Shay committed the act to defend herself.

“Scheana didn’t punch Rachel. Rachel didn’t get a black eye,” Rahmani said in a statement Wednesday, referring to Leviss by her legal first name and not her stage name.

“Scheana pushed Rachel but only after Rachel grabbed her wrist, and Rachel did not suffer a concussion.
The former federal prosecutor, who represented Shay after Leviss filed for a restraining order against her, said of the now-dismissed case, “This isn’t reality TV. This is the real world, and Rachel’s actions have real consequences. Rachel filed a false police report, a false medical report and a frivolous petition for a restraining order.”

Leviss, 28, requested the protective order against Shay, 37, on March 7 after the co-stars got into a heated confrontation over Tom Sandoval’s affair with the former pageant queen on the night of their “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” appearance.

A source told us at the time that the argument occurred after Shay overheard Leviss on the phone with Ariana Madix, her BFF and Sandoval’s longtime girlfriend, who was “bawling” over the cheating scandal.
In her court filing, Leviss alleged that Shay “pushed her against a brick wall,” causing “injury” to the back of her head.

The reality star also claimed that her former friend had “punched” her in the face, causing an injury to her left eye.

She provided photos of her alleged injuries, which included a scar on her eyebrow and a dark mark on her left eye.
