30 Age में Menopause क्यों होता है, क्या है Early Menopause Symptoms,सभी महिलाओं को एक तय समय पर रजोनिवृत्ति यानी मेनोपॉज होते हैं. मासिक धर्म का यह चक्र 45 से 50 उम्र से शुरू हो जाता है. लेकिन हाल ही में हुई स्टडी यह पता चला है अब मेनोपॉज की उम्र घट चुकी है. अब 50 नहीं बल्कि इसका अनुभव 30 की उम्र में ही होने लगा है. इस स्टडी के मुताबिक लगभग एक-दो प्रतिशत भारतीय महिलाएं 29 से 34 साल के बीच रजोनिवृत्ति के लक्षणों का अनुभव करती हैं

All women have menopause at a certain time. This cycle of Menstruation starts from the age of 45 to 50. But in the recent study it has been found that now the age of menopause has decreased. Now it is not 50 but it is being experienced at the age of 30 itself. According to this study, about one to two percent of Indian women experience symptoms of menopause between the ages of 29 and 34.
