On Tuesday, March 28, California Governor Gavin Newsom signed a bill into law meant to tackle the record-high gas prices the state saw in 2022, high prices that came at the same time as record-high oil company profits. 23ABC's Corey O'Leary spoke with an economist, the president of the Western States Petroleum Association, and a local gas station owner for their take on the governor's new law.
