The Prosecutor's Office of the Nation of Peru opened on Tuesday a preliminary investigation into President Dina Boluarte, three ministers and two former ministers for the alleged crimes of genocide, qualified homicide and serious injuries, following the 47 deaths and dozens injured in the demonstrations of recent weeks. teleSUR
