準提神咒 Cundhi Bodhisattva Mantra

準提咒，又稱準提神咒、準提真言，是佛教的重要咒語，禪門、淨土宗都有許多人持誦。此咒語代表準提菩薩（準提佛母、準提觀音）的功德，為早、晚課的十小咒之一，許多寺院在用齋進餐時，也會先誦準提咒。誦持此咒者，準提菩薩會在其頭上護持，使他所求遂意，以精進修習佛理。傳統上認為，虔誠又具善心者，凡持誦準提神咒，無論在家、出家，茹素、食肉，一律可得福佑、如願，最後得到諸佛加持，成就佛果。
南無。颯多喃。三藐三菩陀。俱胝喃。怛姪他。唵。折隸。主隸。準提。娑婆訶。

While Cundī is less well known in Tibetan Buddhism, she is revered in Tángmì or East Asian esoteric Buddhism. In China, she is known as Zhǔntí Púsà (Chinese: 準提菩薩, "Cundi Bodhisattva") or Zhǔntí Fómǔ (Chinese: 準提佛母, "Cundi Buddha-Mother"), "Junje" in Korean, while in Japan she is known as Jundei Kannon (准胝観音 Cundi Avalokiteśvara).
In late imperial China, early traditions of Tangmi were still thriving in Buddhist communities. Robert Gimello has also observed that in these communities, the esoteric practices of Cundī were extremely popular among both the populace and the elite
