Pambansang Ginoo David Licauco is now included in the roster of Universal Records artists after signing a recording contract with the label last March 21.

The Sparkle artist signed his contract in the presence of GMA Senior Vice President Annette Gozon-Valdes, Sparkle Assistant Vice President Joy Marcelo, Sparkle Talent Manager Jan Navarro, Universal Records Philippines Managing Director Kathleen Dy-Go, Talent Manager Arnold Vegafria, and Universal Records Philippines Vice President for Operations Peter Chan.
