Freak storm in Jitra sees Ramadan bazaar traders' tents blown away

Several trees were uprooted during a freak storm in Jitra, Kedah on the first day of Ramadan (March 23).
Kubang Pasu Civil Defence Force officer Capt (PA) Mohd Adenin Suhaimi said several tents belonging to the traders selling food and beverages were also blown away during heavy rain.
