Graffiti Cop Blacklight Tapestry

Jet Set Radio!!!! This game is one of the best Dreamcast games of all time. What with it's amazing cel shaded graphics, killer soundtrack, and addictingly fun gameplay. One of my favorite parts in the game is knocking down the crazed cop, Captain Onishima and then tagging his back while he shouts, "Damn!!" Which brings us to piece #18. Which is now a blacklight tapestry.
