His excellency Ambassador Luc Véron from the European Union Delegation to the Philippines, together with lawyer Florentino Manalastas Jr., OIC-executive director of the Anti-Terrorism Council Program Management Center; and Dr. Rory Alexander Hamilton, UN Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute, leads the celebration of the 10th year anniversary of the EU Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Risk Mitigation Centers of Excellence Regional Secretariat for South East Asia on Thursday, March 23, 2023. Officers from the Bureau Fire Protection and Philippine National Police simulated a CBRN exercise by presenting their assets in dismantling, containing, and disposing of CBRN devices.
