Australia is one of the worst places in the developed world to be a renter according to new analysis of the private rental market. It also found the system isn't working for landlords and that most of them would get better returns putting their money into superannuation. The white paper by data firm 'Pexa Property Managers Longview' concludes that the system is broken.
