Land Transportation Office (LTO) Chief, Asec. Jose Arturo 'Jay Art' Tugade, addresses the high fees being charged by driving schools to their clients at the LTO Head Office in Quezon City on Wednesday, March 22, 2023.

Maximum fees should be charged for both theoretical and practical driving courses. The fee for Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) and Practical Driving Course (PDC) were cut by over 50 percent. (MB Video by Mark Balmores)
