Multiple agencies and hazmat have respond to a BNSF freight train derailment in Anacortes, WA around midnight, releasing about 5,000 gallons of diesel fuel. Two locomotives, each capable of holding 3,500 gallons of fuel, overturned, and the majority of the spill was contained within a berm, leaking onto the land side of the tracks.
