This was the moment a roller-skating enthusiast learned that there was massive room for improvement in her game.

"I have been roller skating for eight months now," Cristina said. "I love practicing at my local Sainsbury's because the car park floor is smooth and nobody parks on the second floor, so there's a whole community of skaters who get together there to practice and share tips.
"On this day, I was practicing spins next to the lifts when I fell."
