Sheetala Ashtami 2023 शीतला माता की पूजा का पर्व हर साल चैत्र महीने की कृष्ण पक्ष की अष्टमी तिथि पर मनाया जाता है। इस दिन शीतला माता की पूजा का विधान है। शीतला माता को आरोग्य की देवी माना जाता है। इनको ठंडा यानी शीतल भोजन अत्यंत प्रिय है, यही कारण है कि माता का भोग एक दिन पहले यानी सप्तमी तिथि को तैयार कर लिया जाता है। पूजा के साथ व्रत में कथा पढ़ने का बहुत महत्व है।

Sheetala Ashtami 2023 The festival of worship of Sheetla Mata is celebrated every year on the Ashtami date of Krishna Paksha of Chaitra month. There is a ritual of worshiping Sheetla Mata on this day. Sheetla Mata is considered the goddess of health. They like cold food very much, this is the reason why Mata's bhog is prepared a day before i.e. on Saptami Tithi. There is a lot of importance of reading the story in fasting along with worship.
