‘Harassment of suspects, complainants, witnesses’ cited on transfer to Manila of cases in Degamo killing

Not only possible harassments of suspects, complainants, and witnesses but also logistical considerations were pointed out by Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin C. Remulla to the Supreme Court (SC) in seeking the transfer to Manila of the cases in the killings of Negros Oriental Gov. Roel R. Degamo and eight others last March 4.
