Protégés of London-based celebrity chef Francesco Mazzei, the Cozzolino Brothers, Antonio, Pasquale, and Simone have opened their new restaurant Banca di Roma on Glasgow’s Royal Exchange Square.
The three are bringing traditions and flavours from their three-generation Vesuvian tomato family farm in the Campania region of Italy.
