Cell tower used as weapon against the public by the Australian police in St. Kilda Australia. Measurement done with a Trifeld TF2 on 12th March 2023 around 5:00am. I could sense a vibration, being up early at the beach of St. Kilda. When I switched on the TF2 I found high Radio Frequencies everywhere in the neighbourhood, until I crossed a corner towards the chemist in St. Kilda. That's where I shot the video. The cell tower must be down the second road.
