(Supreme Court) (Justice) (CJI) चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया (Chief Justice Of India) डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (DY Chandrachud) अदालतों (Courts) को समय के साथ और ज़्यादा विकसित करना चाहते हैं। इसके लिए ज़ाहिर है वे कुछ बदलाव भी चाहते हैं। जिसका ज़िक्र उन्होंने SCO के एक कार्यक्रम में किया। SCO या शंघाई सहयोग संगठन (Shanghai Cooperation Organization Conference) की एक कॉन्फ्रेंस में शामिल देशों की सुप्रीम कोर्ट्स के चीफ जस्टिस के 18वें सम्मेलन के दौरान, भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश धनंजय वाई चंद्रचूड़ (Chief Justice Chandrachud) ने कहा, कि समय बदलाव चाहता है। कोरोना काल के दौरान इस बात को महसूस भी किया गया। न्यायपालिका की व्यवस्थाएं सुचारू ढंग से काम करती रहें, इसके लिए उनका मॉर्डनाइज़ेशन ज़रूरी था। कोरोना महामारी ने देश की अदालतों को मॉर्डन हो जाने के लिए मजबूर किया। जिससे सकारात्मक बदलाव आए और न्यायिक प्रक्रियाएं उस दौरान भी चलती रहीं। Justice Chandrachud Statement) (Justice DY Chandrachud Statement) (CJI DY Chandrachud Statement) (CJI DY Chandrachud Speech)
